Delete your account

You can delete your The Props List account and the production data you own at any time. There is no extra charge. Immediate deletion stops future Stripe payments. We do not refund time already paid for in the current period.

In the web app

1. Sign in at app.thepropslist.uk/login
2. Open Profile
3. Optional: download a copy of your data from Subscription → Download my data
4. Choose delete / close account, type close account, and confirm with your password

On Android

Sign in, open Profile, then follow the same close-account steps, or use the web profile link above — both use the same account.

What is deleted

Shows, props, packing lists, boards, and stores you own, plus your login. Photos stored for those items are removed. Shows owned by someone else that you were invited to are not deleted.
