By accessing or using PROPIVE ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

PROPIVE is a free web application that allows prop makers to:

• Log and track their prop-making projects
• Organize project files using Google Drive integration
• Track time spent on projects and tasks
• Monitor project progress and milestones

3. User Accounts

To use PROPIVE, you must create an account using your Google account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Google Drive Integration

PROPIVE integrates with Google Drive to help organize your project files. By using this feature, you:

• Grant PROPIVE permission to access your Google Drive
• Understand that files are organized in a dedicated PROPIVE folder
• Retain full ownership and control of your files
• Can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings

5. Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data according to our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• We only collect data necessary to provide the service
• Your project data is stored securely
• We do not sell or share your personal information
• You can delete your account and data at any time

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PROPIVE to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, PROPIVE is provided "as is" without warranties. We may:

• Experience temporary outages for maintenance
• Update or modify the service
• Discontinue the service with reasonable notice

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Props List shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PROPIVE.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to PROPIVE will be revoked
• You may export your data before termination
• We will delete your account data within 30 days

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
